Anyone can sign up for Le Club Opinel!! Just create a free account on our website and you'll start earning points and unlocking rewards right away.
Earning points is easy! Every purchase on opinel-usa.com, following us on social media, reviewing your recent purchases, and participating in select promotional activities will reward you with points that can be redeemed for exclusive benefits and discounts. Point earning begins at the launch of the loyalty program in October 2023 - purchases prior to signing up for the program are not eligible to earn points.
Once you've earned enough points, you can start using them to redeem discounts, exclusive early access to new products and a variety of other rewards. Simply log in to your account on our website and click on the rewards section to see the latest offerings.
Yes, your points expire after 12 months of inactivity. If you make a purchase, redeem a reward, or earn points within 12 months, your expiry deadline is moved to your last activity date.
To use your free return perk, contact us at retail@opinel-usa.com with your order number in subject line to receive your pre-paid return label. The conditions of the standard return policy apply: you must return the item within 30 days of fulfillment date, the item and the packaging must be intact and shipping costs are not eligible for refund.
Free engraving perk is available on specific dates to be determined by Opinel. You will get notified of the dates via email.

Le Club Opinel benefits does not apply to corporate orders/customers.

Opinel USA reserves the right to change, remove or modify any reward, perks, status, etc… at any time without repercussions or warning.

The point earnings system is not applicable on gift cards.

Le Club Opinel program is not retroactive. You must be signed up to Le Club to start earning points.

However, your status has been applied retroactively. If you have already spent $500 or more with us, you have been categorized has a SILVER member. If you have already spent $1000 or more with us, you have been categorized as a GOLD member. If you have already made a purchase with us and have your account set up, you have been categorized as a BRONZE member. If you have already made a purchase with us but checked out as a guest, you can sign up to Le Club Opinel and your status will be automatically updated to BRONZE. If you encounter any issue or doubts, please contact us at retail@opinel-usa.com
