With its curved blade beveled on both sides, the Opinel No.10 billhook knife is the ideal tool for grape-picking, shrub pruning or cutting ties in the garden.
Due to the curved blade, the knife cannot be locked in the closed position.
We use Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel. It is anti-corrosive thanks to the addition of chrome and requires no special maintenance. Its carbon content of at least 0.40% provides an excellent cutting edge and is easily sharpened.
All garden knifes include our patented safety ring that keeps the blade locked open while in use and locked shut while in transport.
