Shipping Policies  

We guarantee shipment same or next business day during non holiday weeks (see shipping schedule here). Items purchased on Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday. U.S. holidays are not business days. All orders are shipped with "Delivery confirmation" via USPS" or FedEx. Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as they are available, please allow 24 hrs for tracking to show activity.

Our default carrier is the US Postal Service.  If you are having difficulties receiving mail from the USPS please select our FedEx home delivery option. We do not ship to addresses that are not validated/recognized by the USPS. We do not "handwrite" unrecognized USPS addresses per customer request.

 We cannot be responsible for any "missing" shipment with a USPS or FedEx "Delivered" status. Customer assume responsibility for the reception of parcel including parcels shipped to "offices" and or work places. Please contact your local U.S. Postal Service or FedEx if you did not receive a package with a "Delivered" status.  Business days are Monday through Thursday 9 to 5 PM eastern time and Friday 9 to 1 PM Eastern time.
