We guarantee shipment same or next business day during non holiday
weeks. Items purchased on Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday
will be shipped Monday. U.S. holidays are not business days. All
orders are shipped with "Delivery confirmation" via USPS"
FedEx. Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as they are available
please allow 24 hrs for tracking to show activity.
Opinel-USA.com is not responsible for any "missing" shipment with
a USPS or FedEx "Delivered" status. Customer is responsible for
the reception of parcel including parcels shipped to "offices" and
or work places. Please contact your local U.S. Postal Service or
FedEx if you did not receive a package with a "Delivered" status.
Business days are Monday through Friday 9 to 5 PM eastern time.

with a 24 hours turnaround. When you place a personalized order it

defects before shipping.
If you are having difficulties placing your order online or simply
would like to call it in, we will be happy to assist you. Simply

If for ANY reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within
30 days of your order, we will refund your purchase price (Less
shipping cost). We promise to take the same care with your return
as we did with your original purchase. Please note that
personalized items cannot be retuned unless we made an obvious
mistake (see "Important Return Policy") below for more
Broken items must be reported to us within 48 hrs of reception.
Please contact us to arrange return. Customer pays return shipping
charges unless item was defective or engraving was incorrect. Item
must be returned via insured mail with delivery confirmation.
Please note that any product returned showing signs of wear,
alteration and / or damage in any way cannot be accepted.
Important Return Policy regarding engraved items
Engraved Opinel items cannot be returned unless we made an obvious
mistake such as location, font or spelling. Location areas are
"approximate". Our engravers place engravings in the most
"tasteful & appropriate" way. Please let us know if you have
special requests regarding the order of words, angle, size etc...
We are here to help, please let us know what you have in mind by
calling us at 1-860-245-2211. We cannot accept returns on items
that were not engraved the way you "assumed" they would be, unless
you gave us specific instructions that we did not follow as
instructed via email.
Credit Card Fraud Policy
NeverUnder, LLC d.b.a Opinel-USA.com takes credit card fraud very
seriously. We cooperate completely with local, state and federal
law enforcement officials to apprehend groups or individuals
committing credit card fraud.
Whether it be in-state or across state lines, credit card fraud is
a FEDERAL crime that is investigated by the FBI and prosecuted by
the Department of Justice. By mandate of law, we are required to
report such abuses and we happily comply with that mandate.
Our company will supply all information that we have about
fraudulent orders to those officials who will then pursue
investigation and prosecution of the criminal action taken by
offending parties. Once the criminal case has been completed, a
separate civil case is then submitted against the offending party
to recover any and all damages (financial and otherwise) that is
incurred by our company.
We take the security of our ordering system seriously and any
attempt to fraudulently use a credit card will be reported
Government agency partnerships. Our payment provider (PayPal)
cooperate and share investigations with the FBI and other law
